What is your price range?

We cost as little as £21 per visit depending on the length of time required and the individuals needs.

What is the minimum and maximum amount of hours you cover?

Our regular day visits range from 30 minutes up to two hours. 
We also offer a range of hours depending on a clients needs and wishes. from 1 hour right up to 24 hour care.

What areas do you cover?

We currently cover between Hastings/St Leonards right over to Eastbourne, but we are always looking to branch out.

Can you facilitate night and day sits?

Absolutely! We can cover any amount of hours needed to meet your needs.

Can Hand to Hand Care Ltd assist with pet care?

Accepted Answer

We are happy to assist with feeding or walking any animals within the house if you can't. You can discuss this further during an assessment.

Will i see the same faces?

Accepted Answer

We are grateful to have a very small team consisting of only 14 carers currently, therefor you are bound to see the same faces allowing a more person centred experience, allowing you to get to know the carers.

If there is a specific request for a small amount of carers attending, we always do our best to facilitate this however we prefer to allow between 3-4 carers depending on the amount of visits required so that there is adequate cover for things such as annual leave.

What services do you offer?

We can support with personal care, meal preparation, medication management, pet care, domestic duties, companionship, social outings, shopping, continence care, catheter care, stoma care, welfare checks, appointments etc.

How are your carers vetted and trained?

All of our carers have an enhanced DBS processed and returned before beginning employment. 
We have a full E- Learning system to ensure our carers have all of the skills and knowledge before beginning their employment.

If needed we can enrol extra courses for specific clients needs should they arise.
