Its rare to get a provider that doesn’t chop and change carers all the time, this has made a big difference to my mum. Since hand to hand took over she has been so much happier and it doesn’t feel like a company it feels like someone you know coming in and i was surprised when they offered to make me a tea as well as mum that was a first I'm normally ignored. They do what they say and i feel so much better i don't feel i have to be there every visit to keep an eye, now I'm just visiting my mum not checking up on them

Changing to Hand to hand care was the best decision I made! I found it hard to find a carer to personalise my dads care and they did just that! They even brought him a card on his birthday, they remembered his likes and dislikes and he had less anxiety because of the care they give he always has a smile when Amy arrives. It was so easy to make changes, they are much more affordable than other carers which was also a plus as we have to pay it ourselves.

Lovely staff very friendly and accommodating.. the only one issues we've has on a few occasions is the staff not letting my nan know they are running late (by half hour or more) which has let my nan get into a bit of a state.
Apart from that we couldn't fault them.
